When you create an invoice, you may enter information such as seller name, buyer name, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, line items, notes, and payment details. This information is used only to generate the invoice preview, PDF, and print output.

Our tool may autosave invoice drafts locally in your browser so you don’t lose your work. This means the draft data is stored on your device (not sent to our server) unless you choose the optional “Save (Admin)” feature while logged in.

You can clear this local data anytime by using the reset option in the tool, clearing your browser storage, or clearing your browser cache/site data.

If the “Save (Admin)” feature is enabled and you are logged in, the invoice payload may be saved to your WordPress account in the site admin. This allows you to retrieve and manage invoices later.

Saved invoices are visible to authorized users in the WordPress dashboard based on your site’s roles and permissions.

Like most websites, we may collect limited technical information such as IP address, device type, browser type, pages visited, and approximate location (city/country). This data is used for security, performance, analytics, and to prevent abuse.

We may use cookies for essential site functions, session handling (for logged-in users), preferences, and security. If we use analytics or advertising tools, those services may also set cookies according to their own policies.

PDF generation and print preview are performed from the invoice preview shown in your browser. Invoice content is generated based on what you input. Please avoid entering sensitive personal data unless necessary.

• Save invoices to the WordPress admin when you explicitly use “Save (Admin)”.

Local drafts remain in your browser until you delete them. If you save invoices to the admin, those invoices remain until you delete them (or an administrator deletes them) according to your site’s data management practices.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect our systems and users. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use the service at your own discretion and avoid entering highly sensitive information.

Our services are intended for general audiences and business use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
