Our tool may autosave invoice drafts locally in your browser so you don’t lose your work. This means the draft data is stored on your device (not sent to our server) unless you choose the optional “Save (Admin)” feature while logged in.

You can clear this local data anytime by using the reset option in the tool, clearing your browser storage, or clearing your browser cache/site data.

3) Optional account features (Save to Admin)

If the “Save (Admin)” feature is enabled and you are logged in, the invoice payload may be saved to your WordPress account in the site admin. This allows you to retrieve and manage invoices later.

Saved invoices are visible to authorized users in the WordPress dashboard based on your site’s roles and permissions.
